Terms and Warranty

When an estimate is agreed upon and payment or deposit received, the following terms and warranty apply.

All items come with manufactures warranty.  Sanda, Inc. offers the first thirty days in house replacement policy for defective products excluding physical damage.

Defective products are valid to exchange for the same item only according to our policy.

10 Days full credit for unopened or unused hardware products only.

All software sales are final. No return or exchange.

20% restocking fee for all returns. No returns after 10 days.

Customer agrees to pay all collection fees, including attorneys fees and court expenses.

Claims for descrepencey must be made within 2 days of receipt.
